I work directly with you and other parties to understand interests and range of flexibility on key issues. I advise on your negotiation strategy when needed. Then, I develop a sequential work plan to resolve issues leading to a comprehensive agreement.

Working Together

  • We can schedule a 30-minute conversation to explore your situation and determine if I might be able to help. If multiple parties are involved, a group interview can help everyone agree on moving forward.

  • I draft a scope based on my understanding of your needs. We can refine to create shared expectations on our work together, including my role. Once settled, we set up a contract and invoicing process. I typically bill time and materials, invoicing you monthly for the time that I’ve expended, but other options are available.

  • After you provide in-depth background, I talk with leaders, stakeholders, and partners to assess issues, deepen my understanding, and begin building trust in the effort underway.

  • Based on the insights gained through initial conversations and the issue assessment, we work together to fine tune our approach.

  • We advance. I work in partnership with you every step of the way. We create transparency on decision making. We design and facilitate group meetings. We build momentum with partners and stakeholders. I mediate emergent conflicts. We achieve results and realize outcomes with widespread support.

  • Once complete, we evaluate lessons for the future and document our efforts and outcomes. We make sure that you have essential documentation and are clear on your next steps.
